Job Description

1-3years of experience providing first level support via telephone calls ande-mails from users having problems using computer software and hardware orinquiring how to use specific software, programming languages, electronic mail,or operating systems.
1-3years installing, maintaining, configuring, upgrading, and/or administeringhardware and/or software independently in workstation support.
1-3years providing Tier I-II level customer support.
Useof IT Management Systems to create, log and assign tickets.
1-3years of experience ascertaining the nature of problems, issues and escalateproblems in accordance with defined procedures.
Experienceproviding accurate and complete answers to general use and administrativeenvironment questions in a timely manner.
Knowledgeof Telecom environment including iPhones, iPads, VOIP, Skype for Business.
Abilityto work in a team environment.
Strongcommunication skills; both written and spoke
