Must have 8 or more years of experience managing multiple,concurrent high priority and complex projects and programs comprised ofmultiple projects.
The Senior IT Business Analyst/Project Manager will need tobe able to assume management of projects in a variety of stages in the projectlifecycle.
Familiarity with State of Colorado data privacy implicationsand how to mitigate related risks within education industry is a plus.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have experience managing personnel in both direct andmatrix organizations.
Must have the ability to directly address conflicts andescalate issues where appropriate.
Must have experience with writing requirements, overall testplans and user acceptance documents that cover all system components andrequirements.
Experience in the area of Colorado K-12 education andmanagement of projects in that area are a plus.
The Senior IT Business Analyst/Project Manager must haveexperience in communicating with senior leadership/executive staff on theprogress of the high impact projects that he or she shall lead.
