years of direct product management experience
•    Must have demonstrable experience with products with a focus on careers/recruiting, student experiences, and analytics
•    Experience and comfort working in small, highly focused agile teams where there is a lot of white space and ambiguity
•    Must have experience in being up to “zoom out” (define and own strategy, be a thought leader, have leadership maturity) and zoom in (be able to create wireframes, have basic design skills, be able to pull your own data for analysis)
•    In addition to the web, must have mobile product design experience
•    Excellent analytical skills
•    Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills
•    Demonstrated problem-solving skills
•    Must have a technical background and MBA
•    Must have top tier management consulting experience
