Tier III Help Desk Analyst Needed in Durham,North Carolina

Job Description

Experience and knowledge of browser-basedapplications.
Experience researching, analyzing andinterpreting automated system problems.
Experience working in a Application/ProductionSupport based (not hardware) help desk environment.
Working knowledge of social services andMedicaid programs and systems.
Broad knowledge of the NC FAST application andfunctionality
Experience writing and running SQL queries.
E xperience in phone based Customer Servicefocused roles, being able to think and respond quickly to customer questions.
Each position will act as a member of theoperations and maintenance support team responsible for monitoring incomingissues unable to be resolved by front line Help Desk staff by diagnosing theroot cause and resolving isolated issues or, if required, escalating customerissues to development staff. These positions works closely with business andtechnical teams to troubleshoot issues with a focus on determining root causeto prevent recurrence.
