Job Description

Answer customer questions about room scheduling and assist customers inreserving facilities/resolving scheduling conflicts.
Configure/setup rooms to meet customer requirements.
Assist trainers with software installation in the learning center,assist customers with system setup/login, network access, andvideoconferencing.
Escalate system issues to appropriate support area for quick resolution.
Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellentcustomer service.
Effective communications skills to understand customer requirements whenscheduling facilities
Must have the knowledge and ability to solve IT problems.
Understand and comply with State of Iowa security requirements.
Ability to enter tickets into a service desk call center application.
